We Take This Stuff Too

iVitaLab isn't a content farm or a supplement brand in disguise. We're a small team personally committed to living longer and better — and sharing exactly what we've found along the way.

How This Started

It started with bloodwork. A few of us in our late 30s and early 40s decided to stop guessing about our health and start measuring it. We compared results, compared stacks, and started noticing patterns. Some supplements moved markers. Most didn't. The gap between what was being marketed and what the research actually showed was wider than any of us expected.

iVitaLab grew out of those conversations. We built this site to share what we've learned — the supplements we actually take, the research behind them, and the honest assessment of what's worth your money and what isn't.

Our Methodology

🔬

We Read the Studies

Not the summaries. Not the press releases. We go to PubMed, read the methodology, look at the dosing, and ask whether the results would actually translate to real-world supplementation.

💊

We Test It Ourselves

Every supplement we recommend has been taken by at least one member of our team for a meaningful period. We track how we feel, compare notes, and look at bloodwork before and after where practical.

📊

We Track the Results

Quarterly bloodwork, biological age testing, and consistent tracking of energy, sleep, and recovery markers. If a supplement doesn't show up in the data, we say so.

What We Won't Do

What We're Actually Taking

Our core stack comes down to a handful of things with the strongest evidence base and the most consistent results across our team. If you want to see where we'd start, the longevity stack guide is the most honest summary we've put together.

A Note on Affiliate Links

Some links on iVitaLab are Amazon affiliate links. If you buy through one of them, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change our recommendations — we'd give you the same advice either way, and we only link to products we'd actually buy ourselves. The commission helps us keep the lights on and the research going.
